Indivizo Hungarian HR Tech Company Expands to Asia: AI-Powered Recruitment Showcased in New Delhi

New Delhi, 26 May 2025 – In a strategic move to expand globally, Hungarian HR technology company Indivizo marked its official entry into Asia with a high-level networking and thought leadership event in New Delhi. Hosted in collaboration with Singapore-based Engee Advisors, and under the patronage of the Embassy of Hungary, the evening brought together senior HR leaders and corporate decision-makers from across India’s most forward-looking organisations.


Held at the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Chanakyapuri, the event titled “How AI Is Changing the Way We Hire – Trend or Transformation?” spotlighted the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in recruitment and talent strategy.




India is one of the world’s fastest-growing HR-tech markets, rapidly embracing AI across sectors. Indivizo’s entry into the region reflects a strong alignment with this digital momentum, offering a platform built on Predictive Assessments backed by science, competency-based evaluations, and AI-powered automation that enables smarter, faster, and more human-centred hiring decisions.



The evening was opened by H.E. Mr István Szabó, Ambassador of Hungary to India, who emphasised the role of economic diplomacy in enabling forward-thinking partnerships and innovation ecosystems between Europe and Asia.


Illés Kata, Co-Founder and Digital Transformation Strategist at Indivizo, presented the company’s approach to AI-driven recruitment, highlighting the combination of data, empathy, and human insight. The platform is designed to support recruiters in making quality hiring decisions through scientifically validated tools and flexible workflows that align with role-specific KPIs.



A major highlight of the evening was the expert panel discussion, moderated by Shaily Gupta, a Singapore based seasoned HR professional having held APAC & global responsibilities withcorporations. The panel included eminent industry veteran and global thought leaders like Aadesh Goyal (ex-CHRO for Tata Communications) and Rajesh Nandanwar (EXL -Senior Vice President Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence- Global) addressed key questions around AI’s current impact in talent management, including who can benefit most from AI today, what has changed in recent years, and the main risks AI presents for corporate environments.



The programme also featured a wine appreciation session led by Naveen Gupta, Managing Director at Engee Advisors, an experienced business professional with significant credentials in wines and recently named Hungarian Wine Champion during the Hungarian Month celebrations in Singapore. His session added a cultural flourish to a conversation centred on innovation and partnership.



The event reinforced the shared ambition to co-create recruitment solutions that fuse advanced technology with high-level HR expertise.
